Terms of Use

1. The service

GuroHubNet is a teacher console: it helps you download documents, prepare lessons, make exams, and generate slides. It is operated by Master Global Education & Livelihood Inc. ("MGELI", "we", "us"), Bacolod City, Philippines. By creating an account or using GuroHubNet, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• Accounts are personal. Do not share your login, and do not let anyone else use your identity.
• Keep your details accurate — your name and school appear on anything you publish.
• We may suspend accounts used for impersonation, abuse, or disruption.

3. Free trial and subscription

New teacher accounts start with a free trial. When the trial ends, continued use costs ₱349 per month, as shown inside the app. We will always show you the price in the app before anything is charged, and we will tell you in the app before changing it. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

4. What we promise — and what we do not

• We promise working tools and honest output. Documents are drafted from public curriculum references and AI generation, and you review everything before you use it in class.
• GuroHubNet is not an official DepEd resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Education.
• We do not guarantee grades, promotion, employment, or income. Anyone promising that is not speaking for us.

5. Your content, and ours

• Your stories, photos and your own written work stay yours. By posting a story you allow us to show it on the wall and to keep showing it until you ask us to remove it.
• Lesson packs, document templates, the console, and the GuroHubNet name and design belong to MGELI. Use them for your own teaching — do not resell or republish them as your own product.

6. Fair use of the AI

• AI generation is metered per day to keep the cost low for every teacher. Do not attempt to bypass the limits.
• Do not use GuroHubNet to create unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material.
• AI ASSIST on the story form is text-only. It polishes your own words and never invents your story.

7. Stories on the wall

Signed-in teachers may submit a story. Stories are reviewed by us before they appear publicly, and a published story shows your first name and your school. You may ask us to remove your story at any time and we will take it down.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep GuroHubNet running, but we may take it offline briefly for maintenance and updates. The service is provided "as is". We may update these terms; if we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
